THE ART OF CHOCOLATE CLASS

 

Want to learn how to make beautiful chocolates?

 

 

Using the finest Coverture chocolates, you will learn from Chef/Patisserie Bradley Hunt,

the basics of chocolate making including how to temper chocolate & create delicious fillings such as praline in this new

Art of Chocolate Class.

 

No prior knowledge of chocolate making is required and all tools/ingredients are supplied.

Learning outcomes in this 5 hour class will include:

 

 

  • Differences between types of Chocolate
  • Basics for Chocolate Tempering
  • How to temper Chocolate
  • Making Chocolates & fillings which include:
                 Chocolate Praline
                 Chocolate Caramel
                 Chocolate Orange Ganache
                 Chocolate Raspberry
  • Course notes and recipes will be included.

 

Bookings are essential and only 6 places available in this class.
