Unicorn Cake

Wednesday 3 April 2019 - 6pm - 10pm

In this 4 hour class participants will cover 2x 6 inch cakes with buttercream and achieve smooth, straight finish. Participants will also:

  • Colour buttercream and pipe decorations
  • make your own fondant horn and ears
  • paint horn and ears

Cost $ 80.00

Class Requirements – Participants to bring 2 x 6-inch round cakes (each cake to be 3 inch high). Further details will begiven at the time of booking. A deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking to secure your place. All other tools and ingredients supplied.

Choc Drip Shard Class

Thursday 11 April 2019 - 6pm - 10pm

In this 4-hour class participants will cover 2x 6 inch cakes with buttercream and achieve smooth, straight finish. Participants will also:

  • Colour and apply a chocolate drip to their cake
  • make your own Chocolate shards
  • Decorate your cake as desired

Cost $ 80.00

Class Requirements – Participants to bring 2 x 6-inch round cakes (each cake to be 3 inch high). Further details will begiven at the time of booking. A deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking to secure your place. All other tools and ingredients supplied.

Starburst Fondant Cake

Tuesday 30 April 2019 - 6pm - 10pm

In this 4 hour class participants will cover 1x 6 inch cakes with ganache. Participants will also:

  • Apply fondant to your cake and achieve sharp edges
  • Make your stars on wires and other decorations for your cake out of fondant

Cost $ 80.00

Class Requirements – Participants to bring 1 x 6-inch round Mud cake (cake to be 3 inch high). Further details will begiven at the time of booking. A deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking to secure your place. All other tools and ingredients supplied.
